Company Profile - Polis International Development Co., Ltd.

The Company secured a superficies lease with the Taipei City Government for Lot No. 573, Fulin Section, 2nd Subsection, Shilin District, Taipei City, for the construction of a world-class hotel. In November 2013, the Company concluded a hotel management partnership with Marriott International, entrusting the world-renowned group with hotel operations. Completed in 2018, the Hotel was thereafter officially named the Renaissance Taipei Shihlin Hotel and welcomed its first guests in August.
