Company History: In March 2012, Mr. Liao Nian-ji, the chairperson of the stock listed company Huang Hsiang Construction Co., Ltd., re-invested in the establishment of Polis International Developments Co.,LTD. The line of business is Specialized Field Construction and Development and Hotels and Motels. The amount of paid-in capital is as high as NT$1.7 billion.
The Company and the Taipei City Government signed a Superficies Right rental contract for the Parcel No. 573, Fulin II sub-section, Fulin section, Shihlin District, Taipei City, and built an international hotel at the site. In November 2013, the Company signed a contract with Marriott International Group that entrusts the management of the hotel. The hotel was completed and obtained the hotel license in 2018, officially named as the Renaissance Taipei Shihlin Hotel, and immediately began operations in August.

The Company re-invested in Northlight Construction LTD. in December 1997. Up to now, the paid-in capital has been NT$245 million. Its main line of businesses are construction of building and other civil engineering projects.
