The Da Chen Community Unit 3 Urban Renewal Project in Yonghe District, New Taipei City stands as one of the most complex renewal projects in recent years, involving nearly 250 landowners. Led by the city government, the project carries significant demonstrative value and serves the public interest. The site covers approximately 4,000 tsubo, or approximately 1.3 hectares, and is planned to accommodate around 1,131 residential units. Upon completion, the new residential towers are expected to emerge as a landmark development in both Taipei City and New Taipei City, catalyzing growth and revitalization throughout the region.

Implemented by the New Taipei City Housing and Urban Regeneration Center, this project brings together Huang Hsiang Construction, internationally acclaimed Tange Associates (Japan), and Sun-Yuan Architects & Associates, jointly overseeing the planning and design. The development is envisioned as a landmark complex, targeting Silver Intelligent Building Label, Gold Green Building Label, and Accessible Design Label certifications.

Aligned with New Taipei City's Ｍarket Reconstruction Initiative, the project includes the construction of the Yonghe Xinsheng Market, integrating advanced technological, environmental, and modern design elements. A Central Park will also be established within the statutory open space between Renewal Units 3 and 4, creating an expansive green corridor for public use. Collectively, these improvements will establish a vibrant urban landmark, improving daily conveniences and elevating the overall quality of life for residents.
