Huang Hsiang Construction recognizes that the ultimate purpose of urban renewal is to achieve sustainable urban development. Building on the success of the Da Chen Community Unit 3 Urban Renewal Project in Yonghe District, implemented in collaboration with the New Taipei City Housing and Urban Regeneration Center, this project adopts a broader, integrated approach to urban regeneration. Within this framework, Da Chen Community Renewal Unit 4 is proposed for coordinated planning, fully realizing the concept of a cohesive urban community. Anchored in sustainability, the project aims to revitalize the region, promote shared stewardship of land, and foster a collective vision for the future, thereby ushering in a new era of urban renewal driven by public participation.

Through collaboration with the New Taipei City Housing and Urban Regeneration Center and active engagement of local residents, the project embraces the planning principle of "Aligning with Global Standards, Elevating Urban Aesthetics." Emphasizing both social welfare and residential quality, it establishes a multigenerational co-living model that encourages mutually enriching interactions between youth and seniors, realizing the vision of shared and mutually beneficial community living.
