The project envisions three SRC buildings comprising (1) office spaces for the Special Police Corps, (2) public housing, and (3) high-rise residential towers. The National Housing and Urban Regeneration Center plans to integrate advanced features such as green building, smart building, and barrier-free design, tailored to meet the functional needs of multiple stakeholders. These elements aim to create comfortable office, residential, and commercial spaces, collectively fostering a park-like environment defined by "coexistence, shared prosperity, and mutual benefit."

       In addition to renewing office facilities, the project will provide approximately 415 social housing units and 461 residential units. Senior care facilities, including a public day-care center for the elderly and age-friendly spaces, will be incorporated within the site to address the growing needs of an aging population.

       To inject new development momentum, the project also plans to attract service-oriented businesses, including restaurants and convenience stores. In alignment with the city government's Green Corridor Plan for Jingping Metro Station on the Metro Circular Line, tree-lined pedestrian pathways along Jingping Road will be preserved, complemented by corner plazas and green spaces, creating a high-quality, relaxing environment for the community.
